Delete your account

You can delete your Sertify account and personal data at any time. The fastest way is from inside the app; if you can't sign in, use the request form below.

If you can sign in, this removes your data immediately:

  1. Sign in at client.sertify.ae.
  2. Go to Settings → Delete account.
  3. Confirm with the verification code we email you.

What is deleted and what we keep

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove or anonymise:

  • your name, phone number and profile photo;
  • your password and sign-in identifiers.

We retain a limited set of data only where the law requires it:

  • your email address, to prevent the account from being re-created;
  • records tied to completed bookings and payments, kept for the periods required by UAE tax and audit rules.

In-app deletions are immediate. Requests submitted through the form above are verified and processed within 30 days. Questions? Email support@sertify.ae.
